Where do you ship to?
We serve all regions of North America and Europe. For an additional fee, we offer next-day delivery to select destinations. We also serve Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
Standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 business days during the off-season. Delivery times may be longer in December and June. Express delivery is available for orders over $100 for an additional fee.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our warehouse. If your order isn't delivered on time, please let us know and we'll locate it. If the package can't be rerouted within 24 hours, we'll refund your shipping costs.
Returns
What items can be returned?
Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. They must be in their original packaging, unwashed, and unworn. Of course, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately and we will refund you in full.
How much are the shipping costs for returning items?
You can return an item for free using our prepaid shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label to the original packaging, and send it to us.
I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?
To request a refund for a gift, you must include a receipt. Gifts are processed like regular item returns, and you will receive a gift card at the item's current retail price. Please note that gifts must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
