Centered by a bouquet of blooming peonies, the plate is encircled by radiating layers of stylized patterns in vivid cobalt blue, coral, turquoise, and ivory.
Created using the signature cloisonné-style enameling technique, this piece reflects the exceptional craftsmanship of the Longwy faience tradition, which dates back to the 18th century. The back is fully marked with the Longwy seal: “Émaux de Longwy, Décoré à la main”, along with “Made in France” and the decorator’s initials.
