An elegant pair of old Paris Porcelain openwork circular baskets, dating from the 19th century Empire period, and embellished with fine gilding throughout. These very decorative pieces, with their crenellated rim and heavy, square bases, would be ideal on either side of a fireplace or on a mantelpiece. The baskets are in excellent antique condition, although there are signs of restoration in places.
