Description :
An elegant old Paris porcelain reticulated compote, or fruit basket, crafted in the Louis XV style, and raised on an ornately decorated pedestal and square base. This oval basket, with its fine, openwork sides, is generously embellished with gilt detailing, and dates from the 19th century. It would be a very stylish centrepiece for a dining table.
